Since summer is in full swing, I thought it would be fun to do a roundup post of some of my favorite warmer weather vest patterns!
All of the below patterns are free and are perfect layering pieces for the summer. Most of these patterns are beginner friendly and are crocheted with very basic stitches.

Be adventurous and go for brighter colors, or play it down with more muted earth tones. The fringe adds a stylish element as well!
I just love the Ombre look of this summer vest. It is crocheted using Red Heart Super Saver Ombre yarn. This vest can also be crocheted in any #4 weight yarn.
