Hi! My name is Mary and I am the designer of the Colorblock Tunisian Beanie pattern. All my patterns are written in English and use American crochet terms. Knowledge of basic tunisian crochet stitches are needed for this pattern. The Tunisian Half Double Crochet stitch is used for this pattern.

You will need a 6.5mm tunisian/afghan hook for this pattern. The yarn used in this pattern is Kartopu Cozy Wool which is a #5 bulky weight yarn. A good substitute yarn would be Lion Brand Color Made Easy.

Beanie is worked flat in a rectangle shape. It is the sewn up the side and cinched at the top.
