Hi! My name is Mary and I designed this Mochila bag pattern. It is a perfect hands-free backpack style bag for on-the-go. Features a long strap in the back to be worn across the body. All my patterns are written in English and use American crochet terms.

The bag is crocheted using Bernat Maker Home Dec yarn. This yarn is the perfect blend of cotton and nylon. The colors in the photo are Aqua and Cream. You will only need one skein of each color.

Although a video tutorial link about tapestry crochet is enclosed in the pdf, knowledge of tapestry crochet and colorwork is recommended for this pattern. Techniques include changing colors, reading charts/graphs, seamless join and basic knowledge of crochet stitches. The pdf includes many pictures that will help.
